Safeco billing hold ends June 15, 2020
The billing leniency policy for Safeco ends on June 15, 2020. They will continue to support customers by offering alternative payment plans as needed to spread any past-due amounts over a number of months.
What you need to know:
- All billing activity will resume on June 15, including regular bill cycles, late fees, insufficient fund fees, non-pay cancellations and collection activity.
- Safeco customers will see a message on their bill explaining that those with previous outstanding balances may notice changes to their bill amount and for more information to visit Safeco.com/covid-19.
- Past-due balances will be handled according to the customer’s situation:
