For 25 years, Cristina’s Restaurant has been cooking and baking for enthusiastic customers who come to the charming, salmon-colored house in Ketchum to taste the fresh, uncomplicated flavors of Cristina’s Tuscan childhood. Cristina is the author of three successful cookbooks – Cristina’s of Sun Valley, Cristina’s Tuscan Table, and Cristina’s Con Gusto.
At Cristina’s, you will find artisan breads and breakfast pastries baked daily, a deli case overflowing with a tempting array of hot and cold entrees, Italian cheeses, salami, and olives, and delectable treats for every season. Whether it’s lunch under the pine trees on the deck in summer, or next to the fire in winter, Cristina’s provides the perfect gathering place for family and friends.
